We strongly recommend professional installation by a certified mechanic for all parts purchased. Some parts sold and installed do not meet certain local, state and/or federal laws and emissions requirements and are for off-road use only.

Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to provide the most accurate information and pricing on www.hoaks4wheeldrive.com, if an error is found prior to shipment, Hoak’s 4 Wheel Drive Center shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders for parts listed at the incorrect pricing. We will either refund the transaction in full or give the customer the option to purchase at the correct pricing.

Sales Tax
We charge Pennsylvania 6% sales tax to all orders shipped to or picked up in Pennsylvania (subject to PA sales tax laws).
All ordered shipped outside of Pennsylvania are not charged sales tax.

Order Processing/Tracking
Tracking numbers are distributed by email at the end of the business day. We ask for your patience when placing an online order as we will send tracking information as soon as we have it. Below is our following processes that orders may undergo:
- Pending: This is the first step in online orders. This means we have received your internet order but have not processed it. Please note that online orders are only processed Monday through Friday and in the order they are received.
- Processing: After the information you have provided has passed our fraud check, an invoice is mailed to you. If we are out of stock on the product, you will be notified immediately, and we will obtain the product as quickly as possible to us.
- Shipped: Once the product ships or we receive a tracking number from the manufacturer, we will email you the tracking number. Please note that tracking numbers will not immediately work as they must go through the local sorting warehouse before they become active. Please contact us if the tracking number does not work after several days. In some cases, items that drop ship directly from the manufacturer may extend or shorten the transit time depending on your proximity to the shipping origin.
- Drop Shipped: For most items we don't have in stock, they will be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. In some cases, items that drop ship directly from the manufacturer may extend or shorten the transit time depending on your proximity to the shipping origin. Please note that tracking numbers are not immediately available for drop ships and some orders may be delayed.
- Back Ordered: While we strive to let you know prior to ordering if a product is on back order, it is not always possible to know a manufacturers current stock. If a product is on back order, you will be notified immediately. It is up to you if you'd like to wait for the product or cancel the order.
Free Shipping
We currently offer free shipping on select products. Free shipping is only available within the contiguous United States (48 states). Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories are exempt from free shipping.
Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges
At Hoak's 4 Wheel Drive Center, customer satisfaction is core to our business. If your order is incorrect, incomplete or damaged, please CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. We will work with you to resolve the situation. However, to be eligible for a return, any items must be like-new resellable condition, with a copy the invoice post marked within the original packaging up to 30 days after the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days for a refund. In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 20% may be charged. We will not provide refunds for used items, and we do not provide reimbursement for any related shipping charges.

- Hoak's 4 Wheel Drive Center accept no liability for products damaged by misuse, improper installation, or modification. Hoak's 4 Wheel Drive Center recommends professional installation. Some products sold and installed do not meet certain local, state and federal laws and emission requirements. These items are for off road use only, unless clearly noted otherwise.
- Any items returned or exchanged must be authorized by Hoak's 4 Wheel Drive Center. A Return Good Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained prior to returning products or incoming packages may be denied. See "How to Initiate Returns" section below.
- Items must be returned in like-new, resellable condition.
- A restocking fee of up to 20% may be charged. Large items, such those that are shipped truck freight, are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Credits can take up to 5 business days to process.
- No refunds are given on labor, installation or shipping charges.
- Hoak's 4 Wheel Drive Center will not authorize or accept any item that has been used or modified.
- There are no cancellations, exchanges or refunds on any item that is a sale item, special ordered, or installed.
- Products are covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty Policy. If you have a warranty problem, please contact the manufacturer directly. All claims are subject to manufacturer's waiting period to allow inspection of warranted goods.
Shipping Discrepancies and Damages
We understand that damages may occur during shipping. We will work with you.
- Discrepancies: Hoak's 4 Wheel Drive Center must be made aware of any and all discrepancies in your order within 30 days of receipt. This includes incorrect part numbers, quantities and colors. Hoak's 4 Wheel Drive Center will not exchange or replace any items after this 30 day window.
- Damages: If your product was damaged during shipping, you must contact the shipper (i.e. USPS, UPS) within 48 hours of receiving the product. At that time you will need to file a damage claim with the shipper, NOT with us.
- Products Lost in Shipping: Hoak's 4 Wheel Drive Center is not responsible for a package that gets lost in shipping. However, if the freight company (i.e. USPS, UPS) deems the package as lost, we will ship out a replacement of the same item. Please remember we will only ship out a replacement if the freight company claims it as lost.
How to Initiate a Return
Please do not return your purchased item to the product manufacturer. To return your purchased item, please do the following:

Warranty Claims
Hoak's 4 Wheel Drive Center does not provide any warranty on the products we sell. All merchandise is subject to the manufacturer's warranty and therefore all warranty claims are at the manufacturer's discretion.
NOTE: We are an authorized WARN Service Center. WARN products are repaired in our shop. Please follow the guidelines above "How to Initiate a Return" if you need a repair done. Original packaging is not needed; however, a copy of the sales invoice is necessary for any warranty repairs to be accepted by WARN.
